I've had a lot of fun decorating for Christmas. The last few years I really struggled to get "in the mood" but this year I'm ready. The shopping is nearly done, some of the presents are already wrapped, and I'm looking forward to having some time to sit by the fire and read with the kids, and watch Christmas movies this year.
Thank you all for your condolences with the loss of tree "B". I wanted to put together a slideshow of all the pictures we had with her (O Tannenbaum playing in the background) but I just don't think I'm going to get around to it.
Introducing:
(seriously...it had a tag with a "C" on it...)
Todd just shook his head when he saw that
I'd painted polka-dots on the red tub from our front yard,
and then put the tree in it. Good thing he loves me.
My hutch:
More fluff 'n'stuff:
A grouping of miscellaneous stuff. The nativity on the tray is one that the kids can play with.
I hung an ornament on anything

Please give me some of your Christmas cheer! I have nothing decorated, and I really wouldn't care if we didn't even put a tree up. Everything looks beautiful! I love the little wreath on the saltbox house! Your hutch looks magical... and tree C is a worthy replacement. ;)
Gorgeous! And I totally love the polka-dotted bucket!
Very Beautiful. I need you to come decorate my house :)
You always give me such JOY! Love the music! Love the photos! Hmmmm....,you've given me a great idea: an ornament on anything doesn't move? Now, I haven't tried that --yet!!
I just wanted to say that I REALLY thought the Obituary blog on the 24th was my favorite blog ever. I wish I was clever. sigh. And I love the hutch. My "hutch" is stacked with clutter I wonder if I hang a wreath above it if it will look more Christmasy. sigh....I guess not.
I just love the candy ornaments. Too Cute!
